Pillar To Post owner/operator Todd Goodwin has been a resident of the Greater Houston area all his life. Prior to the opening of his franchise, Todd worked as a property adjuster for a large insurance company for 13 years. He also worked at NASA as a scuba diver assisting astronauts in their spacewalk training at the WETF and NBL pools. This work has given Todd a unique advantage in his home inspection business by giving Todd the knowledge and experience to assist homebuyers in understanding the components and operation of the complex systems of a home. Todd is able to effectively communicate the condition and issues of the home to his clients in a way that does not alarm them and provides simple, easy to understand solutions. Todd is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and is a licensed Mold Assessment Technician (#MAT1213).

Shari Joyce – Operations Manager

Shari is an innovative champion for the client earning your trust and respect while exceeding your expectations. She is results-oriented with experience in business development, project management,  office organization, working with details, and time-sensitive issues.

In addition to being a compassionate person with a commitment to health and wellness, Shari volunteers with nonprofits in her community. With her supportive listening skills, Shari provides responsive customer service before and after the sale.

As Operations Manager, Shari’s main responsibilities are to ensure the smooth operation of all company procedures. Her role is to plan, oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities to improve effectiveness, productivity, and performance.

Erick Scheuermann

Erick Scheuermann - Professional Home Inspector (TREC #21458)

Erick Scheuermann is a Certified Professional Home Inspector residing in Northwest Houston for over 30 years. Mr. Scheuermann’s career has included working as a digital network engineer with Kodak, troubleshooting and repairing electronic and digital equipment, and later as an owner/operator of a martial arts school developing curriculum and teaching. Before joining The Goodwin Team, Erick owned and operated his own inspection company. Additionally, his passion for DIY projects has provided a plethora of skills from home repairs to remodeling to auto mechanics.

Erick is detail-oriented and his career experiences and hobbies provide him with a keen eye, a great understanding of how things work, and impeccable integrity in doing his job.  He takes pride in creating thorough inspection reports, discussing specifics, and answering questions for clients to help ensure they understand the report.  Erick is fully licensed and nationally certified through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).

Tanya Hale - Client Relations Associate

Tanya Hale created her roots here in Texas in the ’80s. Ms. Hale has an extensive background in business development, analytics, project management, and customer service. Her previous experience with organizing routes and resolving customer inquiries quickly made Tanya an asset to our clients and agents when booking inspections.

Tanya received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in March of 2020 and will complete her master’s degree in Leadership and Management in June 2021. As our client relations associate, Tanya brings excellent communication and interpersonal skills to The Goodwin Team

Tanya loves spending time with her soul mate and dog ChiChi and she is also a lover of all sports, music, movies, and art.
